Taking the mystery out of pointe shoes:  Pointe shoes allow a dancer to do the magic she or he does on their toes. And an important part of that magic comes from having the right shoe and the right fit for the dancer's level. First fittings take the longest. The dancer does not know what the shoes should feel like when en pointe. Some do not know what their instructor is really wanting. A little basic knowledge can save time and frustration for the dancer (and their parents too!).

• MAKE AN APPOINTMENT for your fitting!

• FOR REFIT: Bring TIGHTS, OLD SHOES & PADDING. 

• For first pair, bring or wear tights.

• Ask the instructor for their specific requirements.

• If the instructor gave you a hand-out, bring it with you at the time of the fitting. 

• Allow 1 to 1½ hours for the initial fitting.

• Make an appointment that allows enough time to fully evaluate the fitting.
  Some can last longer than 2 hours.

• If you are bringing a student directly from school, let them snack before they come.
  It will keep their mind's off their tummies.

• If your dancer has special requirements let us know before the fitting.

• Parents bring a book or magazine.

• This is an exciting moment in a young dancer's career. We want it to be an enjoyable one. If you have any questions, call us before you come, we will be happy to answer them.

Exchange Policy: Our products come from quality dancewear manufacturers. But, we know that sometimes an item can slip through the most stringent quality control department. We will exchange or give store credit for returned items. No cash refunds. Exchanges must be made within 21 days of purchase. Garments or shoes must be unworn, with original tags/ packaging intact. Store credit is valid for 60 days from date of return. Special orders are not returnable unless defective. Please bring any problems to our attention at once so we can give the best service to you, our valued customer.

Gift Certificates: Don't know what to buy that special friend or relation? Purchase a gift certificate for birthdays, Christmas or other special occasions.

Special Hours: During the mad rush at the beginning of each school year, we extend our business hours to include Mondays. Call the store to check our hours of operation.

Discount & Clearance Items: Fads come & go and manufacturers change their designs. We usually have a rack of items at discounted prices. Stop by and see what's hanging around!
